I was born with bird bones, I think, though they have weakened over the years. Perhaps, not my thigh bones or those around the heart, but my wrists and ankles, especially my wrists, are especially fragile. Today, I was playing Samba de Amigos with my students (video games in Spanish - I think this was a very educational use of time, particularly when they did all the rest of their work and will be writing 2 paragraph essays about how playing games enriches friendships). Flicking my wrists, particularly my left wrist became painful. It's still smarting several hours later. I need to get more calcium into my life I think.
On a loosely related track, I think I need to get a personal chef to take care of my dietary needs. Would save me the heart clogging ache that comes from going to Subway and Burger King and Popeye's for lunch ... she or he could probably work out some calcium supplements as well. :)
